PAUL W. DARBY

Paul Darby is licensed to practice law in both the Florida state courts, and in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida, though the focus of his practice is mainly in the state courts relating to civil/domestic disputes and criminal matters. Paul is a Past President of the Lake County Bar Association, and is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association and the Lake County Teen Court. Additionally, Paul has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Lake County Bar Association, and has also served as the Chairman of the Lake County Chapter of the UCF Alumni Association.

Paul earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida, College of Law. While at UF Law, he earned a Pro Bono Certificate for assisting members of the community in need of legal services. Prior to attending UF, Paul earned his undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian History, summa cum laude, with a minor in German Language and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science-Prelaw, summa cum laude, with a minor in European Studies.

Mr. Darby has garnished praise time and time again for his ethical practice, and he will always put a client’s interests before anything else. He will go above and beyond to ensure that his clients receive the best possible legal advice and obtain positive results. Paul makes a point to treat his clients the same way he would treat a member of his own family.

Paul is originally from the town of Grant-Valkaria, Florida, in southern Brevard County, and presently lives in Clermont, Florida with his children, Gavin and Brynn.
