Paul Darby is licensed to practice law in both the Florida state courts, and in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida, though the focus of his practice is mainly in the state courts relating to civil/domestic disputes and criminal matters. Paul is a Past President of the Lake County Bar Association, and is also an active member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association. Additionally, Paul serves as the Chairman of the Lake County Chapter of the UCF Alumni Association and as a volunteer judge on the Lake County Teen Court.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While at UF Law, he earned a Pro Bono Certificate for assisting members of the community in need of legal services. Prior to attending UF, Paul earned his undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, summa cum laude, with a minor in German language and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, summa cum laude, with a minor in European studies.
Mr. Darby has garnished praise time and time again for his ethical practice, and he will always put a client’s interests before anything else. Paul makes a point to treat his clients the same way he would treat a member of his own family.
Paul is originally from the town of Grant-Valkaria, in southern Brevard County, and presently lives in Clermont, Florida with his wife Kelly and their children, Gavin and Brynn.
